Dr Hammond is an experienced supervisor. In his current role as the lead Consultant Clinical Psychologist for the adult national Neurodevelopmental services he is responsible for 25 psychologists/psychotherapists. This role includes direct supervision for senior staff and group and reflective supervision for teams. Dr Hammond draws on a range of psychologiocal models and extensive experience of direct clinical experience in the field.
He can offer individual and group supervision for professionals working in general adult mental health and specialist supervision focussing on adults on the autism spectrum. Supervision can be carried out face to face or over Skype.
